Puslinch is country property in the truest sense — large lots, established woodlot, and water on a good number of them. Sites like these are where poolscapes, ponds and streams stop being an add-on and become the organising idea of the whole design. Water is the part of our portfolio we are best known for, from Koi ponds to woodland streams, and the aim is always the same: it should read as though Mother Nature put it there and we simply built around it.
Every project runs the same way regardless of which town it is in: a consultation on site, a concept design, digital rendering so you can see it before ground is broken, then construction with Tom and Will personally on the job. We are a family-operated design/build firm — you are not handed off to a subcontractor after the drawings are signed.
