This unique selection of materials draws the eye down the walkway, and with change in angles of square-cut stone enhance the mood. The wider walkway helps shorten the distance perspective from the driveway and allows for severe winter snow load accomodation 3-4 months of the year.

European-inspired landscape formally connecting two off-set entrance ways with the insert of a symetrically pruned conifer garden is the cornerstone of this square-cut flagstone walkway. Stone is all set at 45 degrees to the 4" thick stone banding which can withstand the constant traffic of turf maintence equipment for ease of cutting.
This traditional stepping stone pathway to the back yard is a great way to slow down your guests so they can decompress and take in all the beautiful surrounds as they reveal themselves one step at a time.
Square-cut flagstone cut to random sizes in subtle earth-tone shades makes a classic entrance. Planting uniform shapes in random formation compliment the exact percision of this entrance.

This modern entrance takes the everyday sub-division residence and rasies the bar for change in creativity of spaces. The final coat of asphalt will complete the seamless elevation with the new walkway.
Modern Entrance 1
Onyx black steps formally centered with charcoal banding frame the modular pavers (flagstone look) to create a modern entrance. Banding gives the impression of changing elevation on flat surface.
Welcome the Curves
This newly renovated entrance curves around the existing birch tree providing an open impression in a small space. The Birch tree is the star attraction complimeted with new foundation gardens. The modular pavers continue on the concrete stoop with a natural rockfaced step to achor the hardscape renovation.
Beautiful and Functional
Limestone coping defines each step/landing of Champlain Grey Modular Pavers. The gardens where retro-fitted with existing plant material and now this entrance is a joy to come home to.
The rise and run was divided evenly into step/landings for effortless access. Each panel is expanded by one foot to create an open invitation. The top landing is spaceous and safe. Each panel has a energy efficient LED light centered and discrectly hidden under each stone coping.
The existing entrance was narrow, un-inviting and poorly constructed, client had to reach over three steps to open front door. Gardens where over-whelming the space.
