Asian Insipired Landscape

Our 2nd project of the 2015 season is our 1st Asian inspired landscape which included many different elements. In the heart of the project is a custom built post and beam Pavillion with circular square-cut flagstone patio (representing the circle of life) with stepping stone walkways starting from the entrance gate leading to both patio and decking arrangements. The stepping stone pathways with pea gravel immediately capture the imagination and give cause to slow down and observe all that this unique space has to offer with the specimen Japanese Maples, Ginko Tree, Specimen Conifers, Dwarf Bamboo, seasonal flowering shrubs, specimen Hosta's, Ferns and assorted sun and shade perennials create a lush serene atmosphere. As you turn the corner you are greeted by a series of off-set floating decks adjacent to a 10' x 30' Koi Pond which includes a 30' stream meandering through the woods down to a waterfall. The off-set floating decks also change in elevation providing many different view points to enjoy the tranquilty of the water feature. This landscape includes Mission style LED Lanterns symetrically set with the deck arrangments and LED accent lights for all the featured specimen plants and underwater LED lamps set below the two waterfalls.
